Project Details:

Beverly Hills Contemporary brings warmth and modern energy to a light-filled California home. Crespo Design Group decorated the interiors with bright color, original artwork and furnishings that soften the clean architectural lines. White walls, broad windows and skylights provide a calm backdrop for vivid rugs, patterned textiles and sculptural details. The rooms share a contemporary character while giving each space its own atmosphere, from the welcoming entry to the intimate media room and outdoor terraces.

The entry establishes that approach with a blue floral rug beneath a skylight and a large window framing greenery. A floating wood staircase and glass railings preserve the open feeling, while figurative sculpture and pink wall artwork add personality. Further into the house, a long, multicolor runner draws the eye down the tall white hall.

Circular artwork, cascading glass lighting and colorful wall sculptures make the connecting spaces part of the home’s visual experience.

In the main living room, a curved white sofa creates a comfortable gathering place around the fireplace. Patterned cushions, colorful striped curtains and a ring chandelier bring detail to the bright setting. The adjacent bar takes a more expressive approach, pairing turquoise stools with a curved counter, mirrored accents and a warm metallic feature wall. Large original artwork gives the bar area a strong focal point and connects it to the color found throughout the home.

The media room offers a more enveloping setting, with a deep blue sofa, round tables and walls that blend teal, blue and warm tones. A floating wood console keeps the television wall simple, while a patterned rug adds another layer of color. In the dining room, pale green chairs gather around a glass table beneath pendant lights. Colorful wall covering and a neon LOVE sign give the room a playful character. Nearby, wood cabinetry and a dark stone island provide a quieter counterpoint in the kitchen, where large windows keep the garden in view.

The bedrooms continue the mix of comfort and individual expression. Blue bedding, butterfly-patterned wallpaper and geometric rugs give one room a lively yet composed palette, with a fireplace and striped curtains completing the setting. Other bedrooms pair white bedding with patterned walls, colorful rugs and artwork. A bunk room combines blue textiles and a graphic rug with a red-and-white egg chair, creating a distinct place to sleep and relax. The bathrooms range from pale, light-filled spaces to a blue powder room with butterfly wallpaper and a vanity with iridescent finishes.

Outside, the terraces extend the home’s color and comfort into the Beverly Hills landscape. Rounded daybeds, white umbrellas and turquoise seating create places to relax against hillside views, while glass railings keep the outlook open. On the lawn, white lounge furniture and bright cushions form another inviting gathering area. Throughout the project, Crespo Design Group uses artwork, furnishings and carefully placed color to give contemporary spaces a warm, personal quality.
