Designed for a young couple with a growing family, this 7,000-square-foot custom residence in Tampa’s prestigious Golfview neighborhood reflects a thoughtful balance of sophisticated luxury interior design and everyday livability.
Crespo Design Group approached the project with a focus on creating a warm, refined, and highly functional family home. Inspired by natural earth tones and the rich, layered palette of culinary spices, the interiors feature timeless materials, curated furnishings, textured finishes, and a comfortable sense of understated elegance.
The design process included careful space planning, finish selections, furniture selections, fabric coordination, lighting considerations, and final interior styling.
