Project Details:

Designed for entertaining, this Odessa, Florida home brings a luxury farmhouse aesthetic to a generous open living plan. Crespo Design Group paired light, soft materials with warm wood flooring, detailed ceilings and touches of blue. Comfortable furnishings keep the rooms inviting, while a wine cellar, custom wet bar and billiards room give gatherings several places to unfold. The result is a bright home where everyday living and entertaining share the same relaxed sense of comfort.

The main living room establishes the palette with a cream sectional, upholstered chairs and a richly patterned blue rug. A substantial wood coffee table adds warmth beneath a delicate chandelier, and layered cushions soften the seating arrangement. Wide glass doors connect the room to the outdoor terrace and draw greenery into the view. Across the open plan, the kitchen remains visually connected, making conversation easy between the seating area and island.

White cabinetry and a paneled island give the kitchen a fresh farmhouse character. Blue upholstered counter stools provide a comfortable gathering spot, while glass pendants keep the room bright and open. A farmhouse sink and pale surfaces complement the wood floor, and a geometric sliding barn door adds architectural detail. Nearby, the dining area introduces a blue glass chandelier and upholstered chairs, continuing the palette beside doors that overlook the garden.

The wine cellar makes storage part of the home’s design. Glass enclosure panels reveal illuminated wood racks and horizontal bottle displays, with drawers below for additional organization. An adjacent lounge creates a comfortable place to enjoy the collection without separating it from the home’s circulation. The nearby staircase, wood flooring and dark railings carry the same balance of warmth and crisp detail into the connecting spaces.

A custom wet bar and billiards room extend the entertaining options. Brick, wood shelving and counter seating give the bar a more textured character, while exposed wood ceiling beams define the game room. A blue-felt billiards table sits beneath a geometric chandelier, echoing the blue accents found elsewhere in the house. Broad glass doors open the room toward the terrace, and a window-lined table provides another setting for conversation and casual dining.

Quieter spaces receive equally considered details. In the piano room, a coffered ceiling, fireplace and built-in shelves frame a grand piano and patterned armchairs. The powder room brings a more decorative note through patterned floor tile, a round brass-framed mirror and a dark vanity with woven storage baskets. Throughout Odessa, the mix of soft upholstery, natural warmth and purposeful gathering spaces gives the luxury farmhouse style a comfortable, personal expression.
