Located on the waterfront in Longboat Key, Sarasota, Florida, this 7,000-square-foot luxury residence was designed as a second home for a family from Virginia seeking a sophisticated coastal retreat. Framed by sweeping water views and expansive outdoor living spaces, the home embraces an effortless indoor-outdoor lifestyle while providing an elegant yet comfortable setting for entertaining, relaxing, and spending time with family and friends.
Inspired by a warm modern organic aesthetic, the interiors combine natural materials, rich textures, custom furnishings, and timeless finishes to create spaces that feel refined, welcoming, and connected to their surroundings.
