Four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths designed as an elegant coastal retreat for a distinguished neurosurgeon, biotech entrepreneur, and his family.
Floor-to-ceiling windows capture panoramic Gulf views while expansive terraces blur the distinction between indoor and outdoor living. Throughout the residence, carefully curated materials, bespoke furnishings, and sculptural lighting establish a sophisticated yet welcoming environment that reflects both the architecture of The St. Regis and the family's contemporary lifestyle.
Inspired by the coastal setting of The Residences at The St. Regis Longboat Key, this luxury Gulf-front residence balances contemporary design with a relaxed and highly livable atmosphere. Expansive windows and generous terraces establish a constant connection to the Gulf of Mexico, allowing natural light and panoramic views to become integral design elements throughout the home.
A carefully curated palette of soft neutrals, layered textures, and custom furnishings creates visual continuity between the living, dining, and private spaces.
