Project Details

Set within The Tampa EDITION in the heart of Water Street Tampa, this two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath residence was designed as a sophisticated retreat for an active family who wanted the energy of downtown living balanced by a comfortable and calming home.

Crespo Design Group created an interior that complements the contemporary architecture and elevated lifestyle of The Tampa EDITION while giving the residence its own distinctive character. Curved forms and sculptural furnishings soften the clean architectural lines, while statement lighting introduces visual drama and creates focal points throughout the home.

A refined palette of soft taupes and grays establishes a serene foundation, accented with carefully placed touches of blue that bring depth and personality to the spaces. Layered textures, tailored furnishings and thoughtfully selected finishes add warmth without overwhelming the residence's light, contemporary character.

The result is a polished yet inviting Tampa home—an urban sanctuary designed for both everyday living and entertaining, with the sophistication expected of one of downtown Tampa's premier luxury residential addresses.
